Beauregard Parish Criminal and Civil Records
The Thirty-Sixth Judicial District Court has original jurisdiction over all civil and criminal matters in Beauregard Parish. The Clerk of Court's Civil and Criminal Departments handle records pertaining to these matters. These departments provide copies of criminal and civil records for $1 per page and $5 per page for certified copies. Customers can also use the Online Records Search portal to find civil and criminal index and document imaging from 2009 to date. Users must create an account to conduct a search.

Mail applicants must submit an Application for a Certified Copy of the Birth/Death Certificate Form with the appropriate fees. The Clerk does not process birth and death certificates after 3:30 p.m. Nonconfidential birth and death records can be obtained in writing at the Louisiana State Archives.
